Fort Hill's Sales Department is open Monday through Friday. Orders can be sent via FAX or email 24 hours per day, seven days per week. All faxed and email orders will be confirmed either by phone, fax or email on the next business day. Please call if you do not receive confirmation of a faxed or emailed order. All orders are shipped F.O.B. Fort Hill. There is a $25.00 net per order minimum in effect.

Terms are net thirty days to firms who apply for and are granted open account status. Open accounts can be established by sending the names and contact information of three firms from whom you are currently purchasing on an open account basis. Letters will be sent to verify your good credit standing. Please allow 4 weeks for us to complete your open account survey. In the interim orders will be processed C.O.D. or check- in- advance for first orders. Open account orders will not be accepted on accounts past due. Partial payment may be required for orders in excess of $2,000.00 for accounts bearing net 30-day terms.

All orders on accounts that are past due will be shipped C.O.D. For those wishing to purchase by VISA or Master Card after the first order a $500.00 limit will be imposed with the balance being shipped C.O.D. charges.
