We will repair or replace any product which has been returned to Fort Hill Sign Products, Inc. not found to be defective or damaged by reason of shipping, misuse, unauthorized repair, or alteration, free of charge. Fort Hill Sign Products, Inc. shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of its products. It is the responsibility of the buyer to select materials and adhesives appropriate for all projects and the use of adhesives supplied with the products shall not be construed as a recommendation for adhesive supplied. We cannot accept responsibility for the method of installation and ahesives and their use. Fort Hill Sign Products, Inc. specifically disclaims the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose except insofar as any such warranty may be set forth in a separate written agreement signed by an officer of Fort Hill Sign Products, Inc..
