• Solid Brass and Aluminum letters are cut from solid metal plate stock and are available in many thicknesses.
• Brass and Aluminum Letters are cut using high speed routers. After cutting the letter edges are sand blasted and the faces are finished to a satin luster and lacquer applied to prevent oxidation.
• Brass letters and logos are available from 2" tall to 24" tall.
• Aluminum letters and logos are available from 2" to 46" tall.
• Brass & aluminum letters are standard with satin faces.
• Router cutting provides sharp crisp edges.
• Inside corners on all cuts will be slightly rounded.
• You may choose from thousands of standard fonts.
• We have the ability to cut custom styles and shapes from your e-mail or on a disc.
• Full color matching of paint, PMS, or vinyl colors is available.
• The Fort Hill Mounting System (FHMS) insures accurate and speedy installations.
• Metal letters less than 1/4" thick are not available with stud or pin mounting.
