Fort Hill Sign Products uses many common carriers to deliver product to our customers. The method we use daily, unless otherwise specified is United Parcel Service (UPS). If you require special shipping accommodations, please clearly articulate them to us in a timely manner.

Bulky products may require special packaging, we try to define those added costs during the quoting process or when we acknowledge you order. Please be aware however, that special crating may result in additional charges for items in excess of thirty inches in length. All orders over $100.00 are insured for their value when shipped

We take pride in carefully packaging our products, however damage can happen during shipment which cannot be considered our responsibility. To protect your interests you should examine the contents immediately upon receipt of your shipment. If you find damaged or missing items, retain the shipping container and any internal packaging, and contact Fort Hill and we will assist you in processing a claim with the carrier. Shortages must be reported to us within five working days of receipt of your order, otherwise shipment will be considered complete.
